One of the Worker in HCM has two managers - 

1)   First Manager -   "EffectiveStartDate" : "2021-01-15"     "EffectiveEndDate" : "2021-05-14",

2) Second Manager - "EffectiveStartDate" : "2021-05-15"  until End of world 

when I am using HCM REST APIs(URL Below) to fetch the managers of this worker only the first one is coming , any idea what could be the reason and how to fix this
