Shared member children not agging to parent in Alt Rollup - Entity Dim

I manually created an alternate Entity hierarchy in our FCCS test environment.  My process was to add a sibling to FCCS Total Geography and then add shared members beneath it.  The Parent Member Alt_Rollup is set to Never Share and all Children are shared with properties inherited from the base members under Total Geography.  Plan types for Consol and Rates are set to "Ignore".   Currency is the same across all alternate rollup members.

All shared child members in the alt rollup are getting the right values from the respective base members.  However, the Alt_Rollup parent is not populating.
