Missing periods on Reconciliation page

Periods are not available for selection


Hi All,


We migrated the ARCS TEST application to the ARCS PROD environment using the snapshot option. The backup got restored successfully without any errors. It seems all the artefacts are migrated correctly. However, when we check the Reconciliations, the system is not showing any reconciliation item. There are no filters. Also, the dropdown list for Period is empty. Periods are migrated successfully. We tried to create reconciliations from the Period page, which got completed successfully, but Reconciliations are not visible yet.


Has anyone seen this error before?
