Audit Changes not reflecting in Advance control

I have done some changes in Value set in ERP then run data Synchronization program but changes are not showing in the result but those Audit changes are showing in ERP Audit Reports, Report is showing old values but not reflecting latest changes

Do we need to run any other program also?
