Hello all!

Using the File Transfer Utility, I downloaded the .tar.gz daily backup file from DEV environment, and them using the command upload_dbsnapshot, I uploaded the file to PROD environment.

In PROD environment, the Daily Maintenance was configured to Schedule restore using File Transfer Utility with my backup file.

But, after the execute of Daily Maintenace, it didn't showed up my folders and reports and the entire application still looks "like brand new".

I didn't found at documentation, what I'm is missing to set this properly..

 

Any tips?
