How To Receive ERP Cloud Business events explicitly

I'm Using oracle ERP Cloud adapter to connect to fusion cloud , i want to use this adapter as a trigger , to subscribe to a business event when a new business unit is created at fusion ,  i want that event of creation to reach OIC ,
How ever , in oic , i see this business event should be raised explicitly from fusion using groovy or business logic,
is there any documentation how to configure fusion to raise business events upon creation of new business unit ?
