How to pass current value to HCM rest emps api query parameter?

Hi experts,

I am experiencing a problem passing a dynamic value to the following endpoint in OIC. I use HCM Cloud adapter:
hcmRestApi/resources/latest/emps?q=PersonNumber=<pn>

It works fine if I use a constant, but if I use for-each current value it doesn't return results.
PersonNumber=$Loop/nsmpr0:WR/nsmpr0:PersonNumber

Could you point me in the right direction?
