How to remove old backups from always free database service

I have an Autonomous Transaction Processing instance on an Always Free OCI instance. My database version is 19c. The database has been automatically set to be backed up nightly. I currently have 519 backups. The backup Types are "Incremental, initiated by Auto Backup" and the State of all the backups is "Active". I am assuming these are all level 1 backups. I need to make a level 0 backup before the older backups will be removed. My storage is 85% full. How can I initiate a level 0 backup, or how can I remove the old backups? I do not need any of
