Opening Balance issue

Opening Balance doesn't carry forward from the Closing Balance of the prior period

Opening Balances doesn't carry forward from the Closing Balance of the prior period. It only happened to few footnote accounts not all of them.
For example, as the picture below, FY19 and its closing balance of the footnote account is $2,006,579,000, however, in FY20, my beginning balance greyed out.

Account Type of both footnote accounts are all set to Asset and Time Balance is set to flow.

Can anyone have any advises to me or let me know what I am doing wrong?
