The Projected Cash Balances with Selected Installments sample report provides Public Sector Entities visibility into their Projected Cash Balances once a Payment Process Request has been initiated.

 

Often Public Sector Entities have statutory requirements that will not allow them to have negative cash balances by fund.  This report can assist them in deciding if they need to remove any installments from a payment request in order to maintain a positive cash balance.  When running the payment process request use the processing option to review installments.  After the payment process request has successfully completed and the process request is in the installment review status run the Projected Cash Balances with Selected Installments report.
