Integrating multiple EPBCS instances with one HCM instance

Hi Experts,

I have a customer requirement where they have separate EPBCS instances for different entities to segregate the visibility of manpower planning data. They use one HCM instance across all entities.

To integrate the data load through FDMEE, we have deployed the out-of-box integration using the EPCS Assignments extract, however when we run the integration it brings the data across all entities. At the moment, the data is mapped for the specific entities using the organization codes through controlling the data mapping in FDMEE, but the import process brings data that the integration user can see.

From what I understand, the integration job only connects to the EPBCS Assignments extract so making different copies for each entity is not possible. Maybe I understand it wrong so any help on this would help.
