Candidate Address and Other - IRC_JobOffer_Accepted_External - Alert/Notification

Hi,
Using Alert: IRC_JobOffer_Accepted_External, added template. Whereas Procurement Department need to be informed that Candidate accepted offer. Procurement need to ship IT equipment to candidate and therefore need the candidate home address information.
As well as the following information, which is currently 'null' value in notification/alert. This information determine what IT equipment candidate qualifies for.

Company Name: null
Legal Employer: null
Business Unit:
Department: null
How can we go about displaying all information within Notification/Alert

We will need to provide candidate with necessary IT equipment.
