How to Search/Navigate from SmartView for an Journal input intersection to the Journal Entry posted

If a users see any intersection in SmartView with data source as Journal Input, users find very difficult most of the time to figure out the Journal entry and its details to find in the application. 

There are so many journals posted under Journal Manage, but users need to go and find individually each journal entry posted and try to find. individually  

Is there any easy way to navigate or search for the journal entry and its details for any intersection when user sees in SmartView?
