What are the Pros and Cons to migrate standard FCC application to Hybrid

Hi, We would like to know Pros and Cons of migrating standard FCC application to Hybrid version, Currently we are using 2 custom dimensions only and it is unlikely that we will extend the dimensions to 4 custom dimensions. Would you still advise to use Hybrid application? If yes, do you suggest any other considerations?
