Hire Date using OTBI Reporting (Not to include Global Transfer Dates)
Content
Greetings,
We recently went live with Oracle HCM Cloud in January and we are trying to figure out how to correctly report a hire date using OTBI Analysis reporting.
Desired Logic: Return most recent Rehire Date if one exists ELSE return the Enterprise Hire Date
The main purpose of the report is to display Employee Demographics and their current Assignments. So I chose the 'Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time' subject area.
I've located the Work Relationship Start Date. That is close to what we need, but it appears to increment with a Global Transfer as well as a Rehire. We do not want the hire date to reflect a Global Transfer.
