How do we cycle count pallets(LPN) which have cartons(LPN)?

We pack items in cartons(LPN) and then palletize(LPN) The pallet size is standardised but while performing cycle we should be able to confirm the exact number of cartons on a pallet. Pallets are stored on multi level racking systems and we are okay to retrieve them and scan pallet(LPN). There is no nested LPN functionality available within WMS cloud, & we looking for good alternative within the available functionality of cycle count to address this requirement. We know WMS cloud supports three methods of cycle counting(location, LPN & detail). Cycle count by location looks to be the best option but
