Transaction Administration through multiple languages

Process Name and Process Category are challenging in multiple languages

Content

Hello Everyone,

I've been pushing to create useful reporting on the goal setting process. I've learned that moving to responsive UX has pushed the in progress goals into the Transaction Administration Real Time subject area which has presented some challenges.

I found examples on Oracle support that showed using logical SQL to build an analysis using Transaction Administration Real TIme and filtering for

 where "Process Name" like '%GOALS%'

Starting from that example I was able to build out the logical SQL and even narrow the scope to "Approve Performance Goal" to stay within the performance goals. I quickly ran into trouble when I found that 'Approve Performance Goals' only works as a process name for the English UI.
