Can process human task send email notification to multiple users using TO or CC (Carbon Copy).?

I have attached the screenshot where I have multiple users added using expression but they receiving separate individual email notifications but not in a single email with all users in either TO list and CC list in email.

 

Is there a way to achieve this.?
