EBS Category Set names exceed the 30 Character Limit for PDH Catalog Name - solution options ?

Hello.  Here is a bit of an exploratory on solution options with a Cloud limitation. 

Knowing that the old KFF for Category Sets has been depricated in R13.  Client has legacy Oracle EBS where they have category set names in excess of 30 Characters.    I explained (the history) how if using Cloud prior to 13 you could use KFF value set to create the length of segment, but that is no longer usable for new use of Cloud PDH (2018).  Existing customers using prior to 13 were allowed to continue to use those older Catalogs(Category Sets)
