503 Service Unavailable - ATP Keeps shutting down

503 Service Unavailable - ATP Keeps shutting down

Have restarted atleast 10 times and it keeps shutting down. Each time I bring it up, it stays up for 10 mins and then goes down again. No major changes done to the DB instance.
