Knowledge article view fact returning 0

We have an OTBI report listing all of our knowledge articles and have included the # of article views fact from the Knowledge Management - Article Summary Historical subject area but all articles are returning 0 which we know is not correct.

Does anyone know why this is returning 0 and/or have any alternative fields that we can use.  XML for the report is attached
