How to control pre-build in constrained Sales & Operations Planning

Summary

Whenever demand is high enough that it cannot be satisfied in a particular time bucket. S&OP constrained plan is planning pre-build. Is there any control parameters where I can restrict pre-build?

We have a make item which we are making on a resource ATMC2 (refer screenshot below).
We have very high demand in the month of July 2022.
We have constrained the resource work center under plan options.
So, when we run the plan S&OP engine is suggesting pre-build till April 2022 to satisfy the demand on time.

Let say we have constraint that the shelf life of the item is 30 days or we can hold on-hand inventory only for 30 days in advance.
