Non recoverable tax lines are not pick up by mass addition

We have both item and nonrecoverable tax lines coded to the same distribution account (asset clearing account).  However, non recoverable tax lines are not picked up in mass addition. Although we are using standard Accounting Class Usage for Mass Additions Create, which includes non recoverable taxes. The tax lines are still missing from MassAddition. By looking at the invoice distribution lines after mass addition run, we found only the item line was checked as Track as Asset.  Nonrecoverable tax lines were not checked.  Do you know if there's anything else we can do to include tax lines?  Thanks, Stella
