Action on button runs twice

I have an action on a button that when clicking a process runs but sometimes this process runs twice

Hi team,

I have a visual builder screen published in fusion application, this screen has a button to create Transfer Order through an integration. The button action run the integration once, however, sometimes pressing the button triggers the action twice. This problem commonly occurs when you have spent more than an hour working on the screen.

Do you know what this problem could be?
