Like many Oracle users at the City of San Luis Obispo, California, I use Chrome for just about everything... except accessing our Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. For that, we tend to use Firefox--installed on every workstation by our IT team for that very purpose. But lately, I've been wondering if we couldn't just be using Chrome.

Oracle's browser recommendation is a bit opaque and ambiguous. Under General Best Practices, they recommend "For best performance of Oracle Fusion Applications, use the latest ESR version of Mozilla Firefox"
