Learning Admin not able to access Non-Catalog item from Approval Notification Link.

Hi Folks,

Scenario

Employee submits a request for non-catalog item.

As per Approval routing, it goes to line manager and manager is able to click on the link in the Notification for non-catalog item.

But after approval from Line Manager, notification goes to learn admin to take necessary actions.

But once admin tries to click on the link. (PFA the notification screenshot)

It pops us error as

Error

 

You don't have access to this learning record.

 

What could be the probable error and solution, Learn Admin can't access the details page once he clicks on the link in Approval Notification.
