Report and Dashboard prompts on multi tab Dashboard

I have a multi tab Dashboard with two to three reports on each tab.  Each report has it's own report or dashboard prompt.  Each prompt has been reviewed to make sure that the "Apply display properties to all prompt pages" is unchecked.  However, were the field selection in a prompt is the same as another prompt it holds the select for all the reports.

Is there another place I should be check to prevent this from happening?

I have tried this in both Edge and Chrome and it works exactly the same.  Also, the browser, cookies and cache were cleared.
