I have a requirement to create the Payroll Audit Report. Below is the requirement details. Has anyone developed this report or something similar would be of great help.

Audit functionality will be activated for element entries, salary changes and personal payment methods.
The report needs to report the details captured and also identify where a user has made a change to their own record
Parameter:-
Effective Date of Change Start Date
Effective Date of Change End Date
Report Parameter - All Changes or User Changes
Columns
Employee Number
Employee Name
Payroll
Type of Change
