how to Send Notification to Budget manager for insufficient funds transactions

Hi Folks,

Have this requirement that in case of insufficient funds at PR or PO level, notification should be sent to the budget manager

there is a doc num Doc ID 2675599.1  describe how to do that but after doing all the steps it's still not working (No notification found).

 

Could you help with that?
