Ruleset's RTP shows the RTP number in front of the RTP Text

Hello everyone,

We recently migrated to Planning in the Oracle cloud. We encountered the issue with one of the Business Rules RTPs.

The very last RTP in the Ruleset , for some reason, shows the RTP sequential number in front of the RTP Text.

The RTP does not have the number in the text.

We un-Merged variables in the set, Merged them again and deployed the Ruleset without any luck. The number still shows in front of the RTP Text. There is only one rule in the set that contains the RTP. We launched it separately and RTP Text only showed up.
