Connection Level authentication issues

Hi all,

I built a VBCS service and embedded that with fusion cloud. i am authenticating the users using identity cloud at application level. and at service connection level i am using authenticate for logged in users option.

when user use his fusion creds and click on the page, they are getting access denied to application branch error. but everything is working fine with my creds.

Can some body help me resolve the issye
