Cutting of leading characters in Data Management (before Mapping)

A source system extract will change and we will need to cut of the leading 4 characters (or change all mappings)

Hi everyone,

an extract from a source system will change in that what is now this 12345 will become ****_12345. Is there any way to cut off the four leading characters in data management or do we need to adjust all mappings to this (those are a lot). We could certainly ask them to change their extract logic, but that is not our favourite solution because we'd like to receive the source extract without any transformations done before mapping it ourselves.
