DBLink to be created from ADW to a OCI DB

WE are trying to create a DBLink from ADW to OCI DB but failed. We followed the following two documents:

1. Create and Configure Database Link in Autonomous Database (Doc ID 2592265.1)

2. How To Add A New Listener Entry With New Port to Default Listener in OCI DBSystem. (Doc ID 2603882.1) --> kindly note that this is sub document of the doc# 2592265.1

 

But we stuck on the following :

Step failed :

document # 2592265.1, section "Setup the DBLink from Autonomous (Serverless) to OCI DBSystem (Grid Infrastructure)" , sub-section "e) Create a DB Link from Autonomous Instance to Target Database" and step # 3.

3. Setting up authentication - Upload the target database wallet to the data_pump_dir directory on Autonomous Instance.
