Configure: Financials > Import Metadata - Template?

In "Configure" for Financials, "Import Entities" needs a load template that isn't provided

Can someone point me in the direction of the "import metadata" template to be used for Entities and custom dimensions via the Configure menu's?

The actions menu option "Download data load templates" returns a zip with DATA templates but no METADATA templates. This is the guidance from Oracle documentation.

Of course I can use DM, but I've just created a new app and would like to try the import via "configure" menus.
