it is required to put a knockout score for the collaboration team scoring on all requirements,

Our Client Requirement regarding to the the sourcing and negotiation process is to Determine a knockout score for negotiation (for example, after the collaboration teams record scoring for the suppliers, if supplier gets less than 50% out of the Technical 60%, he is Automatically knocked out and not proceeded in financial stage for the negotiation.
