Available Offerings Section be Expanded by default

Have business requirement to improve the learner's experience by having the "Available Offerings" Section be expanded by default. This would save the learner having to take action either on the "Enroll" button or expand the section before providing them with wholistic view. Have tried changing the following Disclosed Field El Expressions within the panelCollectionEdit. Was able to get this section expanded on the page within Sandbox but as soon as I left the page and came back, the section was still expanded but the offering information disappeared. Appreciate any thoughts or guidance on how this can be achieved.
