Sorting throws off the Conditional Properties

I am using the ascending sort option on row dimension members, and conditional properties are set to prefix a $ in the first row for data column. This is however putting the $ for the first row of the hierarchy member and not the first row post sorting. Is there anything I am missing or do we know of a workaround to use both sorting and conditional properties together?

From the attached screenshot you can see it prefixed the highlighted 4,197.132 with a $ because member Belleview comes first in the hierarchy. But my expectation was that it should prefix $ after sorting and that'll be prefix of $ for 5,374,157.

Howdy, Stranger!
