Transferred costs are not getting generated as asset lines

I have created a capital project (A), entered some capitalizable costs, generated assets lines, transferred them to FA and capitalized it.

I have setup a new capital project (B) and transferred all the capitalizable costs from project  (A)  to this new project (B).  This transfer created a negative line for each capitalizable cost in project (A). Now my intention is to generate asset lines for these negative costs, send them to FA and zero out the asset cost for project A.

When i run the "generate asset lines" process, these negative costs are not getting generated as the asset lines against project A. However when i enter new negative miscellaneous transactions for project A, those are added to the asset lines. The issue is that the negative costs that were created by the system due to cost transfer is not getting added to asset lines.
