Bulk creation of Cost Rate Overrides for Projects

Hi Team. As part of Data Migration activity, we need to create project-level cost rate overrides for all the projects being migrated. All the overrides are exactly same. However, we do not find any option to create these overrides in through FBDI (which is being use for creating the projects).

Please suggest another method through which the overrides can be added to all the projects in bulk (could not find any option at task or template level as well).

Navigation: Manage Financial Project Settings > Cost Rate Overrides tab.
