Recognize employee's Department in absence workflow
Content
Hello,
I have to add a condition to the Absence workflow -
For specific department to define a list of approvers and for other department another list of approvers.
How can I recognize the department?
We are using the rule - Global Absence Recording - Single Assignment.
I added the condition - getRequestorInformationByUserNameResponse.result.department == "Customer Care"
But it looks that the application doesn't recognize it and still put the wrong approvers.
What am I missing ?
Thanks
