We're using the new File Import process to import sell contracts, i.e. providing services to customers. In the Contract Header file there are fields for
- Bill Service
- Billing Frequency
- Invoicing Rule
- Accounting Rule
- Payment Terms (i.e. AR Payment Terms)
We enter values for each of those fields in the file. But upon completion of the uploaded file, when we query the contract those (mandatory) fields remain blank. The values provided are not imported nor is an error/warning message provided why those fields are not imported.
