Key Risk Indicators in Oracle Risk Management Cloud Version

As per COSO framework Key risk indicators are part of Risk object but these are not mapped in FRC cloud application. How can we map KRI to risk objects in this application. Also these were part of oracle GRC on-premise version but now these are removed from cloud version. If someone has used the cloud the version, then how they have mapped these in the system.
