Management Reporting - Using scroll bar to choose POV member causes selection box to disappear

I have POVs for Year and Scenario that display level zero members.  When a user clicks on the POV, they must use the scroll bar on the right side of the box to find their member (because of the length of the list).  After the user clicks on the scroll bar and moves it down, the menu disappears and the user cannot select the member they need.

This behavior happens in both Planning and Narrative Reporting and using Firefox or Chrome.

Is there a Setting in the cloud or browser that will fix this?
