Dear Experts,

What is the maximum length for the Inventory or Item Organization Code  in fusion? In many implementation projects, we always see the code restricted to maximum 3 Characters only.

Do we have any Oracle recommended guidelines/protocols to be followed when creating the Inventory or Item Organization Code  in fusion? 

1) Can we have alpha numeric code?

2) What is the maximum length?

3) Configuring the Org code with more than 9/10 digits will cause any issues whilst running the transaction?
