Hi all,

 

I just needed a overall check list of configurations, activities to avoid accidental triggering of email to Suppliers. Recently we entered the UAT phase and removed the masking of Email IDs. But then we were notified by the client that few emails were triggered from Oracle UAT testing environment. We did take all the precautionary measures but still ended up with this issue.

 

Root cause was the Remittance emails used in the UAT had trigger mails with all the override emails in place.
