Recommended Chrome extension to download outgoing migration .jar file?

Summary

Recent Chrome update is now blocking the ability to download the .jar file created in an outgoing migration set. Local IT is asking for a Chrome Extension to whitelist.

Previous to IT updates to browser management, our team could download .jar files to perform custom migration sets as needed.  We would always see the warning, given the file type, but now the download manager for both Chrome and Edge are blocking the file.  We do not have our instances designated as target/source with one another, and have use the custom set migration to create outgoing jar files and then load it in the target via incoming.
