Correct Receipt happen deliver and Received separately

When we do correction of Receipt which we have received, First we are doing correction of Delivered Line and then we do correction of Received Line, is it possible to happen both together in the inventory module

We have the direct delivery option on PO Line Level

lets we have received 10 Quantity for Item A but Actual is 9 Quantity

Now when we do correction fo Receipt and search PO 

Its showing two Lines 

Line 1. Delivered Line = 10 Quantity

Line 2. Received Line = 0 Quantity

so I need to perform corrections separately, is it possible to do two lines in one go in Inventory Module
