Can we give minimum line release quantity instead of amount, and will it control quantity on the PO referencing that BPA

Currently we do not see any minimum release quantity field on the BPA line. We would like to provide the minimum release quantity and also restrict the PO line referencing the BPA line to give a quantity on the PO that is greater than that quantity.
