Hello All,

    We have the following customer request. Please let me know if you have implemented a solution for this. I will appreciate the response.

 

• Can we set a “Gating Item Flag” in the cloud system (order management or Backlog Management)? which provide visibility of gating item for Ship Completed orders & Container orders. For example : container#EUIS18321-SC ,total 15 order lines but one order line promise date in 9/27. This line is the gating item of this container. Can we set ”Gating item flag” as “Y” for this order line?

Is there a way we can look at the order line and see if that is a gating item for the Shipset or not? Can we have an attribute called "gating item flag", which can say if it's a gating item for the shipment delay or not. If we can have a way for Backlog Management, GOP, or OM to show the gating items, that will be great. If this needs to be configured, how can it be done?
