Not able to see sales order data created through a different source system

We have an integration where sales order would get created from CPQ source, code as "ORA_BM_CPQ", enabled for collections.

But we are not able to find these sales orders in the demand and supply integrated plan. However, please note that we have ATO models as products,have done set ups such that every sales order line generates a unique star item, while I query the star items generated through sales orders created through integration, I am able to see these items but not sales orders.
